THE EXPERIENCE

You’ve spent a lot of years adapting who you are, what you do and how you think, so that you
would fit in. It’s what every human wants and needs; to be seen, to belong, to be accepted by
others. And in doing so for so long, we lose our way. We forget who we are.

Have you ever wondered, what is my life's purpose? We will work on the pieces of the formula
that tells us how our values, gifts and passion come together to form our purpose. Discover your
calling and find out what purpose is and why it matters to living life to the fullest.

We will also learn what it means to be authentically YOU, develop strategies and ideas for
stepping into your authenticity and how to overcome fear that gets in the way. The world needs
what only you can give. Join us for a conversation about bringing more of YOU into the world; take
inspired action against who you are!

In order to thrive during times of change, you need to pause long enough to recognize, what’s
working and what’s not. How’s your personal well-being? Are you making choices that keep you
stuck or keep you moving in the direction of possibility? We will complete an assessment,
determine your current level of well-being and connect with others to discuss tips and ideas for
getting back on track.

THE RESULT

Participants will walk away with great insight into who they are, what they need in order to feel
fulfilled in life and how to take inspired action against what matters most. They will be given
permission to confidently shine their light on the world. Let's go!

• Workshop Part 1 - Virtual Experience (90-Minutes) - Discover Your Purpose
• Workshop Part 2 - In-person (2-3 Hours) - Purpose, Living Authentically as YOU and
  Personal Well- being
